Dinner course:
Grilled Chicken Marsala-GF/DF: Grilled Natural Chicken Breast, Red and Yellow Cherry Tomato Confit, Marsala Wine Demi with Mushrooms, Served with Herb Roasted Marble Potatoes and Roasted Hand-Peeled Carrots

Dessert course:
Flourless Chocolate Torte-GF or Vegan Berry-Coconut Parfait-GF/DF
