Menu for the Cherish 2020 Dinner

Salad course: 

Poached Pear with Feta Cheese (Gluten Free, Vegan)
Spring mix, crisp pears poached in mulled red wine, feta cheese,
red onions, toasted almonds, chai-spiced vinaigrette

Dinner course:

French Onion Chicken (Gluten Free)
Natural chicken breast, gruyere cheese, sauce Lyonnaise, caramelized onions.
Served with smashed Yukon gold potatoes and blanched broccolini

Dessert course:

Flourless Chocolate Torte (Gluten Free)
Chocolate mousse, berry garnish




Very-Berry Cheesecake
Macerated berries, chocolate shavings, vanilla Chantilly
