Q: Can we register a table?

A: Yes! Each couple can register in one of two ways: 1. as a couple or 2. as a table. Tables seat 10 people/5 couples. You’re welcome to invite a priest. An 11th seat will be added to your table.

 

Q: What is the difference if I register as a couple vs. a table?

A: If you register as a couple, when you arrive you will receive name tags and name cards. The name tags are your tickets in to the event. The name cards can be placed at any open seats to reserve your seats for the evening. Seating is “first come, first served”.

If you register a table, your table will be reserved for you. When you arrive, you will pick up your name tags, which are your tickets into the event, and name cards and find your reserved table. You may place your name cards at your seats at your reserved table.

Ushers are around to assist everyone in finding either open seats to place their name card or to find their reserved table.

 

Q: How does seating work?

A: Couple seating will be “first come first serve”.  When you arrive you will be provided name tags and a name card to place at the seat you choose to reserve.

Your seats are reserved if your group purchased a table.

Q: Can we purchase tickets for the evening at the door?

A: No.  Tickets need to be pre-purchased and registration begins November 1, 2018

Q: What is the event attire?

A: Semi-formal attire is requested.

Q: What is the menu for the evening?

The menu for the evening will be posted soon.  ( please be sure to note dietary needs on registration )

Q: What is available at the cash bar ( cash only please for this event )?

Q: What is included in the registration fee?

A: The registration fee includes parking, meal, dessert, coffee station, dancing, speaker and a great time!  AND for 2019, we have access to the Lena Meijer Tropical Conservatory through out the evening.

Q: If I cannot attend event after I register can I get a refund?

A: Once you have registered we will not be able to provide a refund.

 

Q: Do we get a ticket before the event?

A: No ticket will be mailed.  When you register on-line you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The name badges that will be provided at the event are your ticket for the evening.

Q: How do I make a donation for the event?

A: Please call Barb at IHM (616) 241-4477.

Q: What if I am interested in sponsoring a couple?

A: Simply register the couple on-line.

 

Q: Can engaged couples attend?

A: YES!!!!!

 Q:  If I have special dietary needs what do I do?

A: Be sure to provide the information on the registration form.  All special dietary needs will be handled by the catering service.

  

Q: If I bring a priest or religious how will that work at the table?

A: An additional seat will be provided at your table.

Q: Is this a secure site?

A: Yes!  Signupforms.com is a secure site.

 

 

 

Q: What is NOT included in the registration fee?

A: There will be a cash bar and an opportunity to purchase materials by our speakers.
